First, for the man, standard professional attire: slacks, shirt, and suit jacket, suit many roles wherein the man is some professional taking advantage of his power over a woman, for instance a boss or a professor, or otherwise a professional who is swept up in passion suddenly, like co-workers. Use a more gaudy suit jacket and unbutton the shirt and possibly wear some obnoxious bling to become a mafia boss or strip club owner. Office attire could also, however, be associated with an employee cowering under a strict boss, aesthetically with simple slacks and shirt and without the suit jacket.
Personal trainer and masseuse are also easy ones with clothes you probably have.
Then others need a specific costume that are just clearly a particular profession or identity, e.g., policeman, fireman, gynecologist. Usuallly just going to your local or online costume store will find these costumes, some of them with sexy flair.
For the woman, one common theme in roleplays is a demure exterior overwhelmed by an intense inner sexuality, and the clothing often reflects that. Sexy undergarments, such as lingerie, stockings, and corsets, can lie under an outfit on the borderline of socially appropriate, such as a secretary with a professional top and short mini skirt. A damsel in distress or bored housewife asking the pool boy to help with something are also examples here.
Other times, there is a clear character, and now the outfit aims to sexualize it openly and vibrantly. Many of these, such as a sexy nurse or maid, require a specific costume. All one needs for the standard school girl outfit is a short plaid skirt and one is set; just have her get in pigtails, glasses, any obviously provoking but not technically school inappropriate slutty top, and high socks.
Closed toed pumps work best for office oriented roleplays. Platforms for the stripper roleplay. High heel sandals more for the damsel in distress or otherwise “random pretty civilian” type of roleplays.
