Women’s Refractory Period and Multiple Orgasms

One of the fascinating aspects of women’s sexuality is the wide range of sexual response. In tthis article I will lay out the different categories of women when it comes to their ability to enjoy stimulation after an orgasm and the degree to which they are capable of multiples.

Clitoral Orgasms

  1. Some women, after a clitoral orgasm, have a complete refractory period, like a man’s, wherein further stimulation feels disturbingly intense and not even good. The period of time is often quite short, however, no more than five or so seconds. After this point, these women fall into the second category. However. there are also some who then don’t really enjoy more stimulation on the clit but can still enjoy intercourse.

Vaginal Orgasms

  1. The vast majority of women who are capable of havinig a vaginal orgasms, once they have one, typically can continue to enjoy intercourse but won’t have another one for at least some significant period of time.
  2. Some women can have a sequence of them one after another. Occasionally this can get up to up to twenty in a matter of half an hour, but this is very rare.
  3. With extensive tantric practice the woman can possibly achieve a continuous orgasmic state that is basically an extended orgasm that continues for minutes.

Throughout a woman’s lifetime, however, both due to whatever sexual practices she is engaging in, as well as just randomly and spontaneously through time, her category may change.
